Real Housewives of Beverly Hills recap

Love, love the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.  My favorite of the Real Housewives shows.

This episode starts out with us getting a better look at Kim’s new boyfriend.  Is it me, or does he look a little rough around the edges?  The jury’s still out on this one, definitely more to him.  Oh and Kyle..still crying because her sister is moving out from under her thumb.  While I question Kim’s choice in the man, kudos for her standing on her own and not letting Momma Kyle control her.  We then get to have dinner with the Maloof’s, which is typical banter – which seems to work in their relationship. The meat of the episode, however, is Taylor and Russell’s relationship and what is going on behind the scenes.  Taylor is being honored at some sort of convention (she’s creative director at some cosmetics company??)  Lisa is snubbed and not given an invite, but wait Dana’s there, huh?  She’s such a suck up wanna be, letting everyone know how much she paid for everything.  She should walk around with price tags on her.  Anyway, back to Lisa.  She decides to rise above and have a tea party, which looks more like a 5 year old’s party, pink, pink and more pink, yikes.  They all toast to Camille and how they feel for her.  She looks like she would cry if she could, but her face is too frozen with all the botox it’s impossible. Then Taylor arrives and sure enough all hell breaks lose.  I feel for Taylor, she looks like the stress has taken over.  I give it to her for standing up to Lisa..seems like everyone else is intimated by her.  And it seemed like Lisa was backtracking and not owning up to what she said.  But in my opinion Taylor went too far.  And then the bomb hits…they bring up abuse…Meanwhile, Taylor is outside and unloading on poor Paul who is both listening to Taylor and doing a pre-op on her at the same time.  Then Taylor comes back in and Camille calls her out on her husband abusing her.  This was an exhausting and heavy episode knowing the ultimate outcome of their marriage and Russell.

What do you think?  Do you think Bravo went too far?
